| Terms & Conditions: The winner and guest must be 4ft 6in or over. Entrants
must be over 18 years of age.The prize is only valid for a flight at Bristol
Balloon Fiesta or Northampton Balloon Fiesta. The date/time of flight is
non-transferable and cannot be re-scheduled if the balloon flight is cancelled.
Flights subject to weather permitting on the day Triumph accepts no
responsibility if the balloon cannot fly due to circumstances beyond their
control or the organisers. An alternative reward may be offered by Triumph if
the flight is cancelled. People with heart, neck or back conditions, expectant
mothers and those who have had recent surgery or an injury are not permitted
to fly in the balloon. Prize cannot be transferred for cash or otherwise.
Winners must make their own way to the event. The promoter is Triumph
International. Closing date for the competition is Friday 29th June 2007. |
